Major Rogers, a Stillman College alumnus, opened the meeting with an introduction about diabetics and the importance of staying healthy and being active. Tamekia Dial, also an alumnus of Stillman College, was an active speaker at the meeting and touched upon the subject of being able to be consistent with controlling how you take care of yourself while being a diabetic.
